allowing us to provide the best possible services for our clients, members 
and guests.

Since CGSI was founded in 2007 in Tustin, California, we have consistently provided quality people, products and services to the clients and facilities we represent. Our people and "Championship Service" are what set us apart from the rest.

CGSI is committed to the highest of standards and guiding principles. Our daily goal is for each employee to deliver a championship experience for every guest, every time. Consistently maintaining these standards requires continual monitoring at each facility we manage, redefining excellent service and a superior experience.

Each staff member receives orientation and annual core training on 18 points of service we call our Championship Service program to assure we deliver exemplary service to "Every Guest, by Every Employee, Every Time.”  Staff members are acknowledged and rewarded when recognized for providing service considered above and beyond their normal duties. We empower them to "Champion a Complaint" and solve any guest issues.
