Steve Plummer
President of Championship Golf Services, Inc. (CGSI)

Steven J. Plummer, CGCS, has been involved in the Orange County golf industry for more than 30 years.  He has literally learned the golf industry from the ground up, serving as a Certified Golf Course Superintendent from 1986 to 2011. He is a 1981 graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture specializing in Turfgrass Management.

Mr. Plummer served as the General Manager at Tustin Ranch Golf Club from 2001 to 2016, overseeing seven Department Heads as direct reports, who in turn, oversee up to 170 staff members year round throughout all departments.

As CGSI President, Mr. Plummer pursues opportunities for growth within the golf management industry by providing quality staff members who exemplify the values of CGSI and provide "Championship Service". He believes his experience at the Tustin Ranch Golf Club - has provided a great foundation to exemplify the philosophies and systems of CGSI, and is the basis for future company growth.

Cameron Carr General Manager - Anaheim Properties

Cameron began his career in the golf industry in 2002 as a Guest Services Attendant at Tustin Ranch Golf Club. Throughout the next 9 years he wore many hats serving as an Assistant Golf Professional, 1st Assistant Golf Professional, Full-Time Teaching Professional, and finally the Head Golf Professional at Tustin Ranch.  Since November 2011, Cameron has taken on the role of General Manager of Anaheim Hills and Dad Miller Golf Courses for Championship Golf Services, Inc. (CGSI) at these City of Anaheim client properties. In addition, his 10 years of Food and Beverage experience prior to getting into the golf industry provides great insight into the Restaurant and Banquet operations on-site at Dad Miller Golf Course.  Cameron also represents CGSI as Golf and Recreation Services leader at The Annenberg Retreat at Sunnylands in Rancho Mirage.

Cameron is an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to teamwork. He is a member of the PGA, National Golf Course Owners Association, Anaheim Chamber of Commerce, Anaheim/ Orange County Hotel and Lodging Association, and a volunteer for The First Tee.
