However, Championship Golf Services, Inc. lives it and we have found a unique way to incorporate this concept into a business model that works for both our owners and employees.

Founded in Tustin, California in 2007, CGSI's approach to the operation of golf facilities is to provide quality people, quality products and quality services to the clients and facilities we represent. Our people and "Championship Service" are what consistently sets us apart from the rest. Passionate about people, CGSI’s Mission Statement reads:

CGSI is committed to the highest of standards and guiding principles aimed to redefine excellent service and a superior experience. Consistently maintaining these standards requires philosophies and procedures that are continually applied at each CGSI-managed facility.

Since its 2007 inception, CGSI has focused on our core program of "Championship Service". All staff members receive orientation and annual training on 18 points of service to assure we deliver exemplary service to "Every Guest, by Every Employee, Every Time". Staff members are acknowledged and rewarded when recognized for providing service considered above and beyond their normal duties. We empower them to "Champion a Complaint" and solve any guest issues.
